Simone Sweers got her degree in physiotherapy 1989, after already having successfully completed the Sports academy. At this moment she has 12 years of experience as a physical therapist and is an owner of Bon Fysiotherapie. Furthermore she completed the following courses:
- manual therapy;
- sympatic reflex dystrophy
- neuro developmental treatment for children;
- pelvic therapy;
- handrehabilitation;
- nonoperative orthopedic medicine and manual therapy of the knee and hip;
- nonoperative orthopedic medicine and manual therapy of the elbow and shoulder;
- nonoperative orthopedic medicine and manual therapy of the spine.

Imre Esser got his degree in 1992 and worked till 1995 in a rehabilitation center. Hereafter he started at Bon Fysiotherapie and completed the following courses:
- neuro developmental treatment for children;
- nonoperative orthopedic medicine and manual therapy of the knee and hip;
- nonoperative orthopedic medicine and manual therapy of the elbow and shoulder;
- nonoperative orthopedic medicine and manual therapy of the spine.

Robert Smaal has been working at Bon Fysiotherapie since getting his degree as a physiotherapist. He completed the course about neuro developmental treatment for children & orthopedics and traumatology. Furthermore he's the physiotherapist of an indoor soccer team.

Aletta van Beeck works at Bon Fysiotherapie from 1997, the year that she got her degree in physiotherapy.

Anita Groenendal got her degree in 1989 and has experience at the private practice as well as the hospital. She completed the following courses:
- practical taping;
- podological physiotherapy;
- sportsmedicine course;
- therapy after a stroke;
- nonoperative orthopedic medicine and manual therapy of the knee and hip;
- nonoperative orthopedic medicine and manual therapy of the spine;
- orthopedics and traumatology;
- congenital and acquired disorders of the locomotor system.
